Shipments to the United States may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other charges imposed by U.S. authorities. Such charges are not included in the purchase price and must be borne by the customer.
Due to applicable U.S. customs regulations and trade policies, delivery times may be extended. The seller shall not be held liable for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.
If a shipment is rejected by U.S. customs or returned to the sender for customs-related reasons, the customer shall bear the costs of outbound and return transportation. Any customs duties, taxes, or fees already levied by governmental authorities are non-refundable.
